The rumor was started by OK! in an article about Hollywood trainers supposedly spilling the secrets about their celebrity clients.
According to the piece, a supposed source says Aniston likes to “do a yoga workout first thing in the morning while naked.” The alleged insider explains that the actress feels “clothes get in the way of doing the poses properly.”
Here’s the naked truth. OK! is wrong. Aniston does not do yoga in the nude, her rep exclusively confirms to Gossip Cop.
Of course, OK! has a very long history of being wrong when it comes to Aniston. The magazine published a wholly inaccurate cover story last month that Aniston’s pregnant. The tab made similarly inaccurate claims about her being “pregnant and alone” in the summer of 2013 and again in the fall of 2013.
Much like yoga, when it comes to the truth, OK! prefers to stretch.
