Miley Cyrus may have stepped on some toes in Mexico as she was accused of using their National flag to slap her butt.
It was reported that she repeatedly slapped her butt with the flag as she performed the Mexican Independence day.
If found guilty will be prosecuted for the crime of desecration which carries a 36hour jail time or a fine of $1200 fine.
