If you ask us, September 27 should be a national holiday. We celebrate great presidents on their bday, so why not salute one of the greatest rappers ever on his?

We admit, we have an uphill battle, but until we get our petition signed we had to do something to celebrate Lil Wayne on his 32nd birthday.
